BCC is a professional tuning fileservice. You upload your original file, and one of our engineers builds and verifies the calibration by hand before returning a file you can flash with confidence.
We move fast on work we know well, because our engineers are experienced, not because a machine does it for them. Every individual file is made by a person and checked by a person.

Not every file follows exactly the same path. This is the overall BCC workflow. We are fast on work we know well, but a real engineer makes and checks every file before it is delivered.
Engineering & quality control

Known work is fast, because our engineers are experienced. But every calibration is made by an engineer and checked by an engineer before delivery, not after a complaint. We don't return untouched or machine-made files.
Datalogging & revisions
Confirmed on the vehicle.
When a file can't be confirmed on the bench alone, we ask for a datalog to verify real behaviour. Need a change? Send feedback or a log and we revise it, directly with the engineer who worked on it.

Frequently asked questions
Why do you sometimes ask for datalogs?
Some projects can't be confirmed from the file alone. A datalog lets our engineers verify how the calibration behaves on the actual vehicle before finalising it. We ask for one when it genuinely improves the result, not as a default. Base software, outside temperature and altitude above sea level all differ from one market to the next, so real data matters.
Why not just return the file as fast as possible?
Speed matters, and known work is fast. But an incorrect file costs you far more than a short wait. Every file is checked by an engineer before delivery, because quality is what keeps your customers' cars, and your reputation, safe.
How do revisions work?
If something needs adjusting, send us your feedback or a datalog and we revise the calibration. Technical feedback goes directly to the engineer who worked on your file.

Yes. We're fast on work we have done before, because our engineers are experienced, but every individual file is built by a person and checked by a person. Nothing is generated automatically and handed back untouched.
